Virtual Assistant and Transcriber

The responsibilities include:

•   Provide transcribing service of audio (mp3) recording or Video Blog into Word document
•   Monitor and confirm appointment scheduling
•   Check voice mail message and transcribe into text in email
•   Return standard voice mail message reply in email & schedule on my calendar to call
•   Proof Read publication materials (in the future)
•   Social Media – following, inviting people, ask for referrals (NO content creation)
•   Develop and create list of prospects from business association

Required Skills:

•    Possess computer skills and proficiency in using Windows 2007 and MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
•    MS Publisher – can layout design brochures or publications

Desired skills:

•    Joomla
•    WordPress
•    IBM Lotus LiveEngage (main work site)
