Value Growth Wisdom
Visualizing Your Future
Start your business with an end in mind. Know the direction you want to steer your business.
1. Have a Company Wealth Map (CWM). A CWM is to create meaningful personal wealth for you - yes the owner - who bears all the risks of owning the business.
2. A Business Plan is a great document to present to the bank when obtaining financing. It is not designed to create value growth for you.
3. Growing in revenue is admirable, but it is more critical for the business to grow in VALUE in order to realize your dreams, and to enjoy more freedom and opportunities to do the things you want to do the most.
